Hello

I’m passionate about helping overwhelmed nervous systems find more ease, regulation, and connection through compassionate, sensory-informed support.

Over the years, I’ve seen how stress, sensory overwhelm, burnout, and dysregulation can impact every part of life — from emotional well-being and relationships to learning, energy, and the ability to feel grounded day to day.

My approach is gentle, individualized, and rooted in the belief that each nervous system deserves support that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.

My Story

I began practicing as an Occupational Therapist in 2018, supporting children through a neurodevelopmental and sensory-informed approach that extended beyond traditional therapy settings. My work has included hippotherapy, equine-assisted occupational therapy, outdoor-based experiences, and other brain-based approaches designed to support regulation, connection, and development in meaningful, real-life ways.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in understanding the root causes of stress, dysregulation, sensory overwhelm, and nervous system challenges. A dear friend and mentor introduced me to brain-based interventions and the work of Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory, which deeply shaped the lens through which I support others today.

This path eventually led me to listening-based interventions including the Integrated Listening System (ILS), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP), which I now use to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, sensory processing, and resilience.

I feel deeply grateful to support children, adults, families, and fellow helping professionals as they learn more about their nervous systems and move toward greater regulation, connection, and wellness.
