Integrated Listening System
ILS programs provide multisensory input to help develop new, and reinforce existing, neural pathways to help with focus, regulation, and organization of the brain and body

Why ILS?
When the brain and body are struggling to stay organized, everyday tasks can feel overwhelming.
Difficulties with focus, emotional regulation, coordination, sensory processing, reading, or executive functioning are often connected to how the nervous system is processing information.
The Integrated Listening System (ILS) is a gentle, brain-based listening program designed to support regulation, organization, attention, learning, and connection through movement, sound, and multisensory integration.
Who is ILS for?
Many children and adults who struggle with focus, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivities, coordination, learning, or feeling constantly overwhelmed may benefit from support that targets the nervous system and brain-body connection in a gentle and approachable way.
ILS may support individuals experiencing:

What does an ILS session look like?
During a typical session:
-
your child (or you) listens to specially filtered music through air + bone conduction headphones
-
gentle movement activities are incorporated
-
sessions are completed from home
-
programs are individualized based on goals and nervous system needs
-
support and guidance are provided throughout the process
